About Us

We are a mother son (16yrs old) team in Hong Kong, teaching each other new things every day. We love to experiment for ourselves and hence are self-taught and hence coined the term “Baking Maniac” for ourselves, because we are obsessed!! Everything is freshly baked in our kitchen using the finest, Organic ingredients.

I had started to bake cakes for others since I was 12 and it is thanks to everyone who has given us the opportunity to bake for their special event, for where I am where I am today. Every order holds a very special place in our hearts!
